Company Policy

Termomont s.r.o. is an organization specialized in water-installations, heat engineering and related business and service activities. The good name of our organization is supported by long-term efforts to build up the company, and a fair and respectable approach to our customers.

The Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment Management System (EMS) form an integrated system of organization control. The company’s management pledges to continuously improve the efficiency of the integrated control system, mainly via the determined goals, target values and programs.

Quality Control:

  • Meeting requirements and wishes of our customers is the basic goal of our company; the customer's satisfaction always comes first.
  • Customers are always provided with the highest quality service, receiving accommodation and assistance from company employees.
  • The basic rules of company employees’ behavior are a positive approach, polite behavior and manners both within and outside the workplace, high professionalism and expert skills, reliability and seriousness.

Environmental Management System:

  • The company pledges to continuously and according to plan improve its environmental profile while maintaining and developing its entrepreneurial activities.
  • Maintenance of health environment conditions commits the organization to meeting all of the requirements of the valid laws and regulations regarding protection of the living environment to which it is subject.
  • The organization prevents inception of causes of any possible damage to the living environment, and it is working to gradually focus on suppliers who implement the EMS principles in their activities, or those who already have the system implemented and have solved the process of recycling or waste disposal.
  • The company open-mindedly and accommodatingly communicates with the public and provides to the involved parties accurate information on any impacts of its activity on the living environment.
  • The tools for continuous improvement of efficiency of the EMS are mainly identification, review and assessment of relevance of all environmental aspects, determination of goals, target values and EMS programs and a defined system of control mechanisms.
